Terms of service
These terms cover this website and the general shape of working with MAFT Studio. A signed proposal governs the specifics of any paid engagement.

Who these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of maftstudio.com and to enquiries made through it. Paid work is governed by the separate written proposal or engagement agreement signed for that project. Where a signed agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
Services and scope
MAFT Studio provides website design and development, search engine optimisation, search engine marketing, and related digital services. What is included in any engagement is defined by the written scope in the accepted proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and is not implied by anything described on this website.
Proposals, quotes and estimates
Prices and delivery timelines shown in a proposal are valid for the period stated in that proposal. Delivery estimates assume timely access, feedback, approved content and any assets we have asked for. Delays in those inputs move the timeline accordingly, and an estimate is not a fixed completion date.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, images, trademarks and claims you supply, and for holding the rights to use them. You are responsible for maintaining access to accounts in your own name — domains, hosting, analytics, booking systems and business profiles. We will tell you what we need; we cannot proceed without it.
No guarantee of results
Search rankings, traffic, impressions, enquiries and revenue depend on competitors, market conditions, seasonality, your own pricing and service, and the ranking systems of third parties such as Google — none of which MAFT controls. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, traffic volume, conversion rate or revenue outcome. Any figure, forecast, range or projection we share is an informed estimate based on the data available at the time, not a promise, and must not be relied on as one.
Third-party services
Our work commonly integrates services operated by others — including Google, Meta, booking platforms, hosting providers and form or email delivery services. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and may suspend or restrict accounts under their own policies. Their fees and subscriptions are payable by you unless a signed scope says otherwise, and MAFT is not responsible for their availability, decisions or acts.
Intellectual property
On full payment of the fees due for an engagement, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you under that engagement. MAFT retains ownership of its own pre-existing materials, internal tooling, methods, templates and know-how, and of any component licensed from a third party, which remains subject to that licence. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may describe the work and show it in our portfolio.
Payment
Fees, instalments and payment timing are set out in the accepted proposal or invoice. Work may be paused on overdue amounts after we have notified you. Third-party costs, subscriptions, advertising spend, message charges, photography and legal review are payable separately unless a signed scope includes them explicitly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MAFT Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, however caused. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you to MAFT for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Website content and availability
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis for general information. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial or professional advice, or an offer capable of acceptance.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Fees for work already performed, and any third-party costs already committed on your behalf, remain payable. On termination we will hand over completed deliverables for which payment has been received.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date below shows when they were last revised. The terms in force when you accepted a proposal continue to apply to that engagement.
