Use of this site

You may browse this site and contact us through it for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited or automated submissions.

Inquiries and proposals

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services on particular terms or at a particular price.

Scope, timeline, fees, and payment terms are set out in a written proposal. Work begins once that proposal is accepted.

Results and guarantees

Descriptions of outcomes on this site describe what we design toward, not results we guarantee. Search rankings, advertising performance, and inquiry volume depend on factors outside our control, including competition, platform changes, market conditions, and the client's own offer and responsiveness.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, or revenue.

Advertising spend

Where we manage paid campaigns, advertising media spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform and is separate from MAFT's service fees. The client retains ownership of and access to their ad accounts and budget.

Ownership

On full payment, the client owns their domain, content, accounts, and data. Third-party software, plugins, fonts, and platforms remain subject to their own licences.

The MAFT Studio name, wordmark, site design, and written content on this site remain our property.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, MAFT Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Liability for project work is addressed in the signed agreement for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
