How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website, the type of help you need, your timeline, and anything you write in the message field.

We also record basic campaign attribution alongside your inquiry, such as UTM parameters, the referring page and the landing page, so we know which channel your inquiry came from.

Separately, our analytics tools collect standard technical information about visits: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as clicks on calls, WhatsApp links, and forms.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry and discuss whether we are a good fit for the work you need.

To understand which pages, searches, and campaigns lead to genuine inquiries, so we can improve the site and advise clients accurately.

To meet our record-keeping obligations for engagements we take on.

Third-party processors

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads to measure site usage and campaign performance. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers and process data on Google's infrastructure.

Inquiry submissions are delivered through our form and email providers, and this site is served by our hosting provider. Each processes the data only to deliver the service to us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you return, then deleted.

Records relating to active or past engagements are kept for as long as the working relationship requires, plus any period we are required to retain them for legal or accounting purposes.

Analytics data is retained according to the retention window configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it to contact you.

You can also control analytics tracking through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.

To make any of these requests, email management@maftstudio.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry data is limited to the people at MAFT who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.
